David Wolfin, President and Director
Mr. Wolfin began his career as a geologists’ assistant doing field work in 1986 and later worked in a variety of mining-related capacities. Over the last five years, he has been instrumental in financing, investor relations and overall management for Gray Rock and a number of related companies. He is also President and Director of Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd.
Dorothy Chin, Corporate Secretary
Ms. Chin is a member of the Chartered Secretaries Canada, a Canadian Division of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators ("ICSA"). She has more than 15 years experience in the mining and resource sectors, serving with public companies in regulatory compliance, governance, and administration of corporate affairs.
Malcolm Davidson, CFO
Mr. Davidson recently completed the Chartered Accountant School of Business and will be applying for his Chartered Accountant designation in the coming months. Mr. Davidson graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and received his diploma in Financial Management. For the past 8 years Mr. Davidson articled with a Vancouver based Chartered Accountant firm and specialized in Audit, Corporate Taxation, and Business Advisory engagements.
Randy Polischuk, Director
Mr. Polischuk was born and raised in the Bralorne-Lillooet area where he started prospecting with his father at an early age. He developed a very good knowledge of rock formation and vein structure. He is the President of Hoedown Creek Resources and has done extensive mining exploration and road building for companies such as Levon Resources Ltd., Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd., Mill Bay Ventures Inc., Esso Oil, Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. and many others. Mr. Polischuk originally staked the Silver Stream Properties which Gray Rock now owns.
Lee Ann Wolfin, Director
Ms. Wolfin is a non-practicing lawyer in both California and British Columbia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia and a Juris Doctor from Southwestern University of Law, California, 1984. Ms. Wolfin is also a director of Cresval Capital Corp.
