NEVADA – JC CLAIMS

New Ground Staked
Gray Rock staked 60 new claims contiguous to the optioned JC claims near Grass Valley in Lander County. The JC claims cover about 1,200 acres and surround property held by Newmont Mining.

Important Lower Plate Rocks
The JC claims are centred on exposed and mineralized lower plate rocks of the Roberts Mountains overthrust, an important geological feature that has hosted a number of large-scale gold discoveries in the region. The newly staked claims include surrounding areas of poorly exposed and prospected lower plate rocks, often covered by a thin veneer of valley-fill gravel.

For 2008 – Mapping and Sampling for New Targets
For 2008, under the direction of consulting geologist Vic Chevillon, M.Sc., Gray Rock plans to conduct detailed geologic mapping and sampling to define new gold targets that warrant drill testing. Mr. Chevillon is an exploration geologist with 36 years’ experience with major mining companies including Noranda, Homestake, Placer Dome and Barrick Gold. He has held key exploration roles in Nevada for Placer Dome (now owned by Barrick).

BRITISH COLUMBIA – SILVERSTREAM PROPERTY
2007 Drilling
A 12-hole, 2,100-metre surface diamond drilling program at Silverstream in 2007 produced no significant results after 7 holes and was suspended. Due to its geology and excellent past results, we believe Silverstream still holds excellent potential. Infrastructure is in place at the nearby towns of Bralorne and Gold Bridge, while custom milling at the Bralorne mill may be an option for the Company provided it is successful in finding sufficient ore.

Silverstream History
First explored in 1988, Silver Stream has produced a number of anomalous-to-significant gold showings in sampling, trenching and drilling. Although still an "early-stage" property, a July 2006 Technical Report (NI 43-101 compliant) states:

"…the nature of the mineralization seen in the known showings in the context of the Bridge River camp show the property has good potential to develop economic gold mineralization."  (From "Report on the 2005 Diamond Drilling Program on the Silver Stream Property” dated January 8, 2006 and revised July 29, 2006. Robert E. "Ned" Reid, P.Geo.)

Drilling Planned for 2008
For 2008, under the direction of Chris Sampson, P. Geo. we are planning a new exploration program including a drill program to test the potential of underlying structures of a previously successful trenching program.
The Company was incorporated in 1950 and has property located in Lander County, Nevada and near the historic Bralorne and Pioneer Gold mines. These mines produced in excess of 4 million ounces of gold. Infrastructure is in place at Bralorne and a town nearby to draw skilled labour. Custom milling at the Bralorne mill may be an option for the Company provided it is successful in finding sufficient ore.
