Gray Rock Resources Ltd. (“Gray Rock”) announces that it has applied for an amendment to its terms of the warrants issued pursuant to a private placement announced on July 10, 2007.

The amendment will extend the expiry date of the warrants from July 30, 2009 to July 30, 2010. All other terms remain the same.
